Incorporating back our base salary. By having only commission based sales people you attract a certain type of salesperson that I do not believe is positive for the company.

My local team. The culture created by the Vivint side of our organisation is very stressful and worrisome. If nothing is done about it I don't believe the company will survive.

Creating a positive culture and not turning our organization into a door canvassing company that has already gone under once. The culture that we have instilled is very concerning and is not customer centric.
