I am making about 60% what I made in previous years. They cut our pay, raised prices, gave a harder product to sell providing LESS value to customer, and expect us to just push it down customers throats.
I do feel like they care, about us employees, but I truthfully do not feel the same about the customers we sell. It seems no other employees care about our customers remotely as much as we are supposed to in Sales.
Turn over is RIDICULOUS. The death of anything great Sunrun is doing is when they normalized outsourcing workers. As someone who has been here a long time (outlasted 95% of the folks I have worked with since inception), I can't help but wonder if they have a better life working away from Sunrun.
I know them a few months, then they quit. Turn over is off the charts. I may be next if things don't change. Do you know how exhausting it can be to help retrain co-workers over and over? I try to help my manager, but at a certain point the executives need to realize this is not sustainable.
I do love what we offer people, and the opportunity to work for a unicorn of a company. I just think we need to get back to saving customers some actual money instead of just telling them "future this future that", how do we even know anything we are telling them is true if they get minimal day 1 b
