When I have reached the CEO's (open door) they always responded and they always seemed to care about my concerns. I believe hey want what is best for the company and their employees. I feel I can trust them and be open about my concerns if or when I have any. Thank you!

As far as actual compensation package, it was going very well until this year. Our department hired to many people and that cut our commissions. To be honest, for the first time in several years, I have to sell belongings and possibly borrow from my 401k to pay bills and get by this winter.

I am afraid I am going to try log in to work and OKTA will not allow it, no warning, nothing. Just locked out. Lower management has gotten abusive, dishonest and very negative (unless you are a favorite). Treat us with dignity and managers take responsibility for their actions quit blaming us.
