Change can be good but can also bring a lot of fear to their employees knowing that you might get let go if a department gets discontinued or reduced. I do feel like I am paid fairly for the job I am paid to do however I do feel like with more workload needs to bring more pay.

Our leadership team is constantly in meetings. I feel like they can never be fully engaged because they're in multiple meetings at once or they have to leave a meeting/1-on-1 because they have to run to another meeting. It doesn't feel like they have time for their employees.
