Communication and decision making. There have been a lot of changes really fast and sometimes they are then reversed or paused. Get back to focus on the customer and the people interacting directly with the customer.
I feel that our division doesn't have anyone fighting for it at the executive level. There have been cuts for our salaries and bonuses, but we have taken on a much bigger role of project management vs 3 years ago.
It often feels that we are the fault point for any problem that comes up. There is a strong division between the sales team and the rest of the company. Our leadership does not value us and our knowledge and opinions. Every day is a witch hunt against us.
When the job goes right, everything is great and customers are happy. When there is one issue or problem with a job, it is extremely challenging to get assistance to rectify the situation. Customers are often left in the dark for days or weeks as I try to get a solution. Especially post install.
