They give a ton of room to grow and to problem solve which is what I enjoy best. I am always given new opportunities within my job scope to prove myself and my team works very well together.

I believe that I was paid fairly upon getting hired but I have since moved to another city with a much higher cost of living and I believe that I should be equally compensated to reflect where I live.
