I am happy to report that my overall experience at my company is a good one. Having worked in similar field in various capacities at other organizations, I am well aware of this company's amazing culture, and benefits in comparison.

It is diverse, inclusive, fun, and people centered.

It's diverse and people friendly. with respect and consideration for all.

They are supportive and encouraging. It feels like one big happy family. They make coming to work a pleasure.

I am most happy about not being micromanaged, having a safe and fun environment to work in, and a certain degree of flexibility.

They are supportive, compassionate, friendly, and respectful. The atmosphere created by my team helps to pick me up and keep me going on an off day.

I am not micro managed or invisible. I am seen and appreciated for the work I do. Also, I feel that employee feedbacks are considered the decision making whenever possible.

They exemplify what it means to be people centered, showing genuine care for the welfare and success of the employees in very creative ways; such as positive feedback, incentives, training, fun activities, etc.

Although I wish our hourly rate was more, I like that the commission structure allows us to earn more than our hourly and rate and as a result, be able to determine our earnings , so to speak.

They genuinely care about their employees and her vested in their success. hence, they provide many ways to shoe their employees their appreciation and offer lots of company perks, so to speak. They are readily accessible and communicate respectfully to the employee regardless of position or status.

Salary for this field compares fairly with other companies. The perks provided give us an edge. However, I would love to see our hourly increase yearly to compensate for cost of living. Commissions are important but not dependable based on certain factors, not always within the employee control.
