My manager - mgr has created a culture in shirt amount of time by supporting and developing skilss to be well rounded - yet executives above reach through and inplement thier unfair strategies on impulsive whims. This in turn hurts morale and undermines managers hard work to do things correctly.

Chosen 3 favortited to earn more commisions by goaling them at 10 sales per (which earns more) versuse rest of team allowed to fall where they may with sales...
Only our immediate team. And only maybe 2/3 of that group is a positive experience to be around; as the favorited members feel invincible and are emboldened To do tasks that have traditionally been the all employees are supposed to execute - but they are rewarded for laziness and no follow through
