Stock Grants (RSU) are quite attractive, given the faith I have in the stock rebounding. Additionally, the employee stock purchase program is an outstanding program leading me to invest the maximum amount I can in my own future and the company's future.

Getting to interact with people for most of the day. This is not an isolated job and enjoying people is a big part of this. I am happy when I can take pride in what I have done and that I've done it in the right way for the people we work for and with.
