Out of the almost 6 years it has been overall great. I hope that we get back to that in the near future. However since Sales took over the C suite, the changes have made have been poor at best. I hold out hope praying that Paul Dickson, Chance Alread, Chris McClellan realize its sales is our issue.

They seem to believe they are headed in the right direction.

We work well together, help each other, cover for each other. the team im on now i have less stress with because i know and feel like they are doing everything they can to ensure the success of our market.

Leadership making rash and quick decisions. Not doing proper investigation before making a decisions. Making changes without a full gameplan. This has happened several times. Making company changes based off 1 or 2 branches when those processes dont work in every other market.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I think the implementation on performance bonuses would be a great start for roles such as Design, BES, and others. However its not just about money as far as compensation, other things such as proper shout outs or congratulations to make us feel more as a team / family than what there is.
Qu’est-ce qui est le plus positif à propos de la culture et de l’environnement de votre entreprise?
Best is that i can trust that our team from EM, to BES, to CXP's are all doing what they can to ensure the success of the market. If 1 person is out we all come together to cover that person. And all willing to learn and be cross trained to be multi fictional.
