The fact you provide the pet insurance. I wish it was like a traditional pet insurance but anything helps. The lawyer and ID protection is truly a good thing too.

The fact I can work from home. It helps me stay home and be with my dogs. They are older and need some care. This provides me the ability to be there with them.

Post-PTO is growing so the changes are in flux and they are transparent with me about the process. There is no stone unturned when it comes to our goals, tasks, and directives. That gives them the top rating.

The open conversation about skills and tips & tricks sessions. We help each other to gain skills that others may know and keep everyone on the same level. You are only as strong as your weakest link. This type of interaction builds the team strong.
