
Having worked in some other organisations where the working practices were proscriptive Tenable is a breath of fresh air where you are measured more by results than by KPIs and management driven activities
They actively gather information from all parts of the organisation when making decisions. In terms of culture they really do seem to believe that the company's greatest assets are the employees and behave accordingly.
"One Tenable" is at the heart of how the company works. I like the fact that if I need to approach anyone, regardless of position in the company, I will be treated with respect and the colleague in question will do their best to help.
It was simple and straightforward and didn't require me to jump through 5 separate stages with the world and his dog and consisted of a couple of telephones calls to chat about the position and a meeting with my future manager so we could see how good the fit was on both sides.
