Tenable has been a great place to work. My role allows for significant levels of autonomy and collaborative engagement with colleagues from across the business. It's been pretty easy to get things done and make an impact. Management has been largely supportive, open and encouraging.

I enjoy the collaborative nature of my work, as well as the high degree of autonomy I have to do my job in the best way possible. Tenable's continual evolution as a company creates a dynamic environment where change is a regular feature of work, and for me this has been a plus.

My team mates are highly motivated, caring, concerned and mostly easy to collaborate with. Even better, in my role, I get to work with colleagues from many teams, which I really, really enjoy.

First, I appreciate the holistically beneficial compensation package I receive. Stock grants are great! For me, the grant would have seemed more rewarding if the first tranche of stock was provided immediately upon acceptance. Then there are the 2.5% salary increases...
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
1) I've been bounced from manager to manager, and have not had anyone strongly advocate for my performance -- even though I contend the results speak volumes. 2) As an older employee, I cynically believe management knows I am unlikely to jump ship. A 10% raise and 5% bonus increase would be great.
