The transparency. Everyone is open, honest, and direct. I always feel like I am receiving the best training and insight into what we do here.

Everyone seems to love their job which makes for an amazing environment. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. They obviously take pride in their work. I love the culture here.

The ability to tailor the different parts to my exact needs. I'm not forced to use the pieces that don't suite me and picking and choosing is easy/user friendly. Everything is clear and concise.

I find my job to be cathartic. I love file work. What makes me happiest at work is exceeding my daily goal and anytime I learn a new way to be faster or more effective in my position.
