WFH and flexibility is the saving grace because the pay is extremely low for moral. Even a nice $1 raise for all mid year would help. They mentioned profit sharing before but never since. No need for a meeting to tell the busy bees how much they made. It is disheartening. God bless everyone!
I had high hopes but the better the company does the more we just hear thanks but nothing ever comes to us for it. Maybe some profit sharing or something.
I have worked extremely hard for nearly a decade and been a top employee in all aspects, but have been kept on the same narrow path with continued road blocks put in place for success.
You have to know the right people for advancement and prasie for what you bring to the table. The more you know or do the more you will be expected to do and know which drags the best workers down. Benefits are great like PTO, but that doesn't put food on the table. Company keeps growing wages don't
We understand each other and trust one another.
Just Working from home is all.
When I clock out on a Friday evening.
Most work together very well.
That they listen to what I have to say.
Work from home and can work independently without distractions.
I don't understand the question.
Some team mates work hard and can be very helpful.
Just need to stop being so snarky all of the time.
When I get to clock out on Friday or take PTO.
They are easy to get a hold of in case they are needed.
Make sure one thing works right before moving onto several more new items.
Better pay and ways to advance. Everyone knows someone gets the chance and it isn't based on the individual.
Help each other and can brain storm to assist when IT or upper management is unwilling or too busy.
The bonus structure is meant for those who get lucky and don't match the success of the team or individual.
They continue to add responsibility and tasks on employees and then keep them labeled as general employees without adequate titles and compensation.
The WFH and schedule flexibility is the #1 thing about this company. Only thing that keeps people because expectations are high and pay is junk.
The ability to work from home and not have to drive in. With gas being what it is I would not be willing to come back to office.
There are no middle men. There are normal worker bees and many high up leaders and not much in-between. Money wise no better than any regular job that requires minimum skills.
listening and understanding the issues we have and realizing they correlate to everyday productivity. Fix one problem completely instead of putting a band aid on 50 problems while starting new unnecessary "upgrades".
I feel the constant push and trying to be the cool and an inclusive company comes off as generic and not sincere. It seems like trying to fit in with the culture of todays society and is a bit annoying.
Better monetary compensation along with better IT and process for fixes. System issues have been horrid for a year or so and only told will get better when keeps getting worse. Feel each day at work will be another headache trying to find a work around.
We are told we are doing great and couldn't do it without us and that we are valued but at the end of the day we are here to earn a living. Pay is very lacking based on the skills and knowledge we have. If was not WFH I would not benefit much from the pay.
The perks are amazing which makes people WANT to stay, however in today's world we know that monetary value is what is NEEDED for people to stay. We have had quite a few quit or looking for work elsewhere because they can't afford to work here. They don't wan to leave, but it's a necessity to live.
Following what the people tell them and letting them be in on some of the descisions since we do the work. Things are not done near as efficient as they can be but we are shunned consistently when we tell them how to make things better. Everyone seems to be afraid of their boss and their boss etc.
