Being able to complete big projects. It's a satisfying feeling to spend a lot of time working on something and then being able to submit it.

They are dedicated to my needs as an employee. They seem to genuinely care about all of their employees, which is not something I am accustomed to. Having your leadership care about you as a person make a huge difference in the workplace.

I am a big fan of the focus on quality. The work we do at Verisys has large, real world consequences, so of course quality needs to be the top priority. But with that, the company is very willing to work with people to help them learn and grow instead of leaving them behind.
