Everyone is willing and able to help at any time. It makes not knowing every single piece of the puzzle yourself much easier to manage.

The HSA contributions make it so a family deductible is almost completely covered. Not expecting to pay upwards of 6k out of pocket is extremely nice.

The opportunity and encouragement to learn. If you express interest in something, there is almost always someone that is willing to point you in the right direction.

They prioritize the customer and their employees very equally. I've seen instances of pushback against unreasonable deadlines, and I've also seen the employees work extra hours to meet deadlines that we were close on. The give and take makes the entire company work far better than most.
