Very positive. I rated most things a 9 because I believe there is always room for improvement but this is easily my favorite job I've had and I continue to love my job, work and coworkers.

We all seem to be very close, the whole department gets along but the individual teams are all really close knit.

Their willingness to communicate with you and they're very understanding of personal problems and are willing to help work with you as a person.

They seem to realize that were all not perfect and don't hound and micromanage you. Very reliving feeling to know that they have realistic expectations and goals in mind for us.
