
They're very friendly and nice to be around. They regularly joke around with employees and keep things light.
forcing people to learn a bit about the other departments and such would make it easier to help customers and reduce awkward interactions where people don't know how the store works
nothing to do with whole foods and more to do with me despising being a cashiere. i feel like whole foods is a good place to do a job you hate though.
culture is pretty alright. maybe acknowledge more outwardly that a lot of the jobs in the store are just summer jobs and stop trying to force the 'everything is great and this is the best place ever' down people's throats
