I think that this industry is a little over saturated and that Beacon Hill will survive because of the high quality work they tend to focus on such as Legal.
My manager is a nicer person than what I was dealing with at my last staffing firm. It seems as though Beacon hill internal recruiting has a goal to take the good from the 'bad culture' companies. But I am new- and have a small team- so i am bias
the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. Cold calling 150 people a week MAY have been what used to work- but now we need to figure out new ways to engage with customers who DO NOT want to be sold to
Everyone is kind and not faking it. My last company seemed as though everyone had to put a face on. I do think that upper management (Director level) is primarily full of average sellers who lied there way to the top by claiming they did better at other companies. i hear it all the time
