Beacon Hill Staffing Group is by far the best company I have ever worked for. I can't imagine working for anyone else. I feel like the staffing world can get a bad rep due to turnover, but that turnover is usually because of leadership. Thats not an issue here.

It has been a great experience. What I like the most is the support. I feel like I run my own desk but my manager is there whenever needed. Working remote can be challenging for most but we've really gotten into a good groove.

Communication. They don't leave anyone in the dark and I love that. I also love how inclusive they are. We have a wide range of diversity here at Beacon Hill. to end, I feel supported yet independent all at the same time.
