The environment and culture are my favorite things about work, which I've already described.

I was most excited to join because we're a climate-aligned company. I'm excited to stay because I really like my team and my coworkers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefits offerings are relatively robust for pre-IPO companies, and includes a lot of investment in things like mental health that are often lacking at many pre-IPO organizations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collective genius for me. I have felt that employees are quite willing to support each other cross functionally, and operate like it's one big team of 600 people
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We're paid better than fairly against the overall market for our roles in my opinion. Also, as a people-operations person, I genuinely appreciate that our structures are rigid, which tells me we are equitable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is a strong, high performing team. I believe we have exceptionally talented people, but also people who align with our mission and values. It makes this a fun place to work. Collective genius.

The team has a mindset of achieving big goals together. People are warm and welcoming, which makes this a great place to be. People are also eager to share feedback in a kind way to help us grow and improve together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a clear vision that is well communicated and they operate in a way that is aligned with our stated company values. This overall alignment and communication really endears me as an employee, as I feel I can trust our leaders and they are genuine.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our ability to kindly share feedback, without judgement, in an effort to elevate our work performance is one of my favorite things about Crusoe. I also really enjoy how people seem to really care out our collective work, and seem motivated to achieve our goals together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very smart, and is able to effectively communicate the company goals. They also do a good job of tying our individual goals into company goals so we understand our vested interest in achieving those targets. Our leaders also respect and value us as individuals
