Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual raises are so low new workers make more than long term employees also the cap on roller over sicktime takes away from long term employees.

New employees make more than employees that have been with First Merchants for years. Also, sick time was taken away from long term employees. Our yearly wage increases aren't enough.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I was just moved to the commercial team. They work great together. Multiple teams work together to get the best product for the customer. The team I was moved from this was a problem.
What makes you most happy at work?
The training and help we get from the Commercial team. This helps me feel confident in the job I'm doing. A manager that cares to see how things are going and includes us in ideas and changes.
