Amazing opportunities for engineers, top tier employer. Great compensation, great hours, facilities are becoming a little dated but for the most part the work is very interesting. Not a place for people who don't like to solve problems and be challenged.

I feel valued, however I work hard at my job and it is recognized. I do wish the health benefits were cheaper. Would also be nice to have a more modern facility

My manager dedicates blocks of time almost every week to have one on ones, provide feedback and is generally very in tune with the team. As covid wanes, we are starting to have more group activities and social events
