Knowing the company truly cares about the well-being of our people. The emphasis of retention of "good people". ThWhen things go well. When we deliver well to our internal customers and knowing it downlines to our customers and retention efforts. When we provide value to our customers, shareholders.

I like they are hard working, approachable, and willing to help. If I send a SLT+ member an email they are usually back to me within two business days at the most. I like that they are highly engaged in terms of the business. The approachability is the key factor.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
I don't feel undervalued. I feel very valued by the company. I think the compensation is not quite at market rate (on average) within my local market. Pay is off by 10K and bonus is off by 5% - 10%. 401K takes years to vest. It may not seem like a large amount of money but when compounded it is.
