
The freedom to innovate and that people are respectful of your ideas/opinions. If you meet them halfway with explanations and enthusiasm, they will meet you halfway as well.
I am treated like a human, and not a number. This creates loyalty from myself to them naturally. The amount of respect is not replicated and easy to find somewhere else.
The flexibility to work from home. I have small kids, one of whom is too young for school. This makes my life a lot simpler and the dollars I get can stretch farther.
The only reason I have a gripe about compensation is because assess to what others make outside of LN is easily accessible. Let's say, I could not just go to glassdoor... then I would have 0 complaints. Again, I really do love where I work.
We can lean on each other both technically and socially. I am not a social person, but I see those around me not only hanging out but also being open to other to join. If you want, here (at least on my team), you are never alone.
