I personally dont feel that the compensation for the data team is at the level that it should be considering the knowledge and expertise the team have to offer.Investment is needed in the existing employees and also in growing the team and improving our knowledge and skills in AI to develop our team

Great. I think the one thing I don't like is some leadership. Not my boss but others. Some are not as encouraging and are emotionally unstable in my opinion.

Restructurings every few months. Lack of leadership experience in the Director level as a lot of them come from bug 4 consulting and have no idea how to manage people. Alpha dog mentality - agree or die. Women are super catty. This is not what you would think looking at the company name.
