Ability to work together with the only issue is us making our goals. Everything else just isn't important.

Not having Equality, but being invested in equity. Being paid a fair rate compared to other companies in my area.

The company is focused on Diversity and Inclusion. Focus more on things that matter, I.e. professional development, project goals. A persons worth isn't measured by the color of their skin or who they live with.
