Its a nice company with interesting challenges, technologies and things to learn, specially for junior employees. However, when getting more senior positions the opportunities to grow a very bad and promotions are based more on politics and frienships than factual proved skills and/or performance.

Most of people are easy to deal and nice to discuss about issues, solutions, technical knowledge, etc.

The feeling of be always improving the process and technology of the solutions on the project level. On company or area levels there are a lot lees opportunity to contribute and suggestions are usually ignored

Salary is lower than the average. Bonus is very low and there is no equity/share or similar options to give the few to the employees they are making the company grown and getting compensate for it

First, listening to the issues employees face and actually take action. I spend months talking about issues and was promised something would be done about it but after 6 months, nothing was done, so I decided to leave.

Not sure if undervalued, but certain not on the role I should e compared with other people in the company. Also when trying to get higher positions I was asked for skills people currently on those positions do not have.

What the company wants and the direction we are going to is completely different. Should have more frequently surveys and other ways to let leadership know about those issues. On the leadership side, they should treat issues in the company and with employees with the same urgency as issues on pro

Bureaucratic, restrictive and authoritarian decisions without consulting people effect by it caused the productivity and morale of the teams to go down a lot. Tasks I use to do in 1 hour now takes 3 days Tasks that used to do in 1 day now takes weeks if not months
