I am happy/satisfied with my work at LNRS. I feel that I not only provide value to the company but make a difference in society because of the systems I work on. There are some rough spots, but not enough to cause me to look elsewhere.

When a clear impediment to completing work projects arises, they have worked to eliminate, resolve, or workaround the issue causing the impediment. They let me try to figure out a way around the impediment first, but when I ask for help, they listen and respond.
