Feedback already provided. Fix pay/VC, realign collaboration partners to contribute, balance workload, clear confusion regarding how the company is doing so well but sales is barely surviving.
Base pay needs to re-balance across the sales organization. The argument is that is only one component but no one is making VC this year so its unrealistic to believe we can live off base.
Work load, aligning collaboration teams effective to contribute or repurpose them, resolve pay issues, executive leadership has lost trust in their sales team and 2023 has been structured in such a way that we have never worked so hard to make such little VC.
