Leadership in Brazil has a plural and constructure view about the challenges of a new business such as ours. Part of the reasons why is the diversity of age and backgrounds of people in formal leadership roles.

Team diversity in Brazil is a big strength, definitely. There are stereotypes about Brazilians around there, but formal education here is great, and when it gets combined to the hard work people are disposed to invest, results are amazing.

It is definitely a good thing to have part of my bonuses associated with individual goals and measured by individual KPOs. The percentage it represents on the total opportunity, however, could be reviewed once it might be unfair to mask employees' outcomes because of out-of-control bad org results.
