Nothing. Our HR department does not work enough for us. Including recruiting. it's frustrating not to be able to bring in the right talent quickly.

Great. I think the one thing I don't like is some leadership. Not my boss but others. Some are not as encouraging and are emotionally unstable in my opinion.

Leadership listens you and care about you

Restructurings every few months. Lack of leadership experience in the Director level as a lot of them come from bug 4 consulting and have no idea how to manage people. Alpha dog mentality - agree or die. Women are super catty. This is not what you would think looking at the company name.
