Fantastic, but stressful. Haven't dealt with this amount of work stress...ever. I believe it comes with the territory of a fast-growing company, but it is wearing at times. Hard to maintain a good work/life balance and really enjoy all the perks and benefits. I am constantly worried about work.

I have grown a lot, but it has been stressful. The fast pace is difficult to keep up with and has had a negative affect on my family via work/life balance being off. It's been an exciting journey, but not without sacrifices and consequences.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary. The benefits side are not as important to me.

Job satisfaction. Seeing what has been accomplished and how I have influenced that. Positive interactions with coworkers.

Good raises, although I'm sure I could make much more outside of Logan. Love that insurance is 100% paid, awesome benefit!

The amount of freedom and autonomy they allow. They have a good vision for the future and never satisfied with the status quo.
