I have never had "a case of the Mondays" ever with nCino. I look forward to coming to work, interacting with some of the brightest, most driven, and respectful people I know. The work is real and it's challenging but working through the challenges with the team make working at nCino enjoyable.

I've been with this company for over 9 years. It has provided me learning opportunities & growth. It has provided me a way to care and support for my family. It has provided me with unlimited challenges to keep me engaged daily. It has provided me with an extended "family" outside the home.

There is a great work/ life balance. it seems as if everyone understands the challenges and is willing to help out to support a great work life as well as a great family life!

They're approachable, They engage in diaolog with any employee regardless of position, in understanding not just business problems the employees are working to solve but also the personal health welfare and family life of their employees.

We're more than a team we're friends, being in the office and interacting with the team is an extension of a family. They are not only brilliant, talented and hardworking, they are kind, caring and fun human beings!

I never feel embarrassed by asking a question. simple or complex. everyone is willing and able to take the time to explain and walk through details so we can share the vision of what the product we put out could and will be.
What makes you most happy at work?
in 8 yrs I havent had 2 days that were the same. there is always a new challenge to solve , a new problem to understand and I get to work through those problems with friends. because I can honestly say my co-workers are also my friends.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by my, would be, peers and they essentially voted me in. knowing the people working alongside you want you there and believe you are the right person to be there is motivating. you want to bring your A game everyday to show up for the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus aligned with company performance is a nice bonus. but the best part has to be the resources available to help plan for the future. I actively use the financial planners to help me make sure I'm making the right decisions to support my family now, and well into the future.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work/life balance. You can bring your whole self, and sometimes that means sick toddlers clinging to you, while you take a meeting with the team. You can blend your personal life with work life and it's all encouraged, supported and respected. This is so empowering to a full time working mom!
