
Applying stated company values. Instead of Curiosity I see aggressive defense of the status quo. Instead of Human-Centered I see a push to use and create more Jargon. Verbally, feedback has been requested, Actions have communicated that keeping my head down is how i keep my job.
I was told I get paid more at sunrun because I do more in my job than I did at the company sunrun purchased. The reality is I got a 40-ish% raise to do much less, in the mean time, having the skills that allowed me to succeed ignored and being micro-managed into performing my direct reports role.
