I love working at Sunrun, I feel important and valued. I do struggle with the constant reorganization and continual layoffs that happen - discouraging and feels bad for morale. But overall, I know that the work I'm doing is important.
Had high hopes at first but now, not so much. I love my team but the company over all, not so good.
There has never been any consistency. As soon as I was hired everything started changing almost monthly. So hard to keep track and keep up...nothing ever sticks for long. If you don't like something, just wait, it'll change in a few weeks.
Our annual bonus and the year compensation review!
They communicate with us frequently.
Compensation, bonus and CIP plan
the annual bonus, it's great
The way we are compensated
not much, I don't have any clue what they do
We really care about what we are doing and each other!
We work together to help each other out when someone is overwhelmed.
Knowing that what I'm doing matters both today and in the big picture.
we are all really good people and I'm grateful to know each of them
Overall we are cared about both as employees and also as people and humans.
The unlimited PTO, free continuing education programs (getting my master's degree), the annual bonus program.
Retention, less change, diversifying our leadership and the company overall, getting rid of bro culture.
They get work done, they are enjoyable to be around, they're smart, driven, and have great critical thinking skills.
That I can make a difference in the world and work to solve some of our planets biggest problems
We help each other out and make sure that we're feeling supported. We actually care about each other and want each other to succeed.
The amount of hours and stress I feel about work constantly makes it so that I feel like I'm paid SO little. I've had health issues from work-related stress.
Less lay offs, less change. We need to get all new executive team - all they've done is hire their friends and family. The nepotism is unreal at Sunrun!
The constant work become more diverse and inclusive. Always wanting to promote from within, provide raises, and offer better benefits. Want us to be truly invested in the company, literally and figuratively
They make it clear that what we are doing matters to the company, no matter how small our role is. They also give us ownership of our projects and trust us to complete the project and do it well.
I would love to be paid more, to be far less stressed, for there to be far less change, for the company pace in general to SLOW down so we can do quality work instead of asking to continually do MORE and work faster with LESS.
My immediate leadership team is amazing, they share the good the bad and the ugly with us and want to make improvements based on our feedback. They want us to understand the goals and mission of the company and be "bought in." I would say the executive team does none of this...
