My team still communicates effectively throughout the day even though we are all working from home in different time zones. We bounce ideas off of one another and still are productive.

I love seeing how diverse our company is. We celebrate different cultures and lifestyles on a regular basis. Nobody is excluded from the company which makes it such a positive place to work!

I feel like a person that is a part of my team and not just a number that clocks in every day to do work. My managers genuinely care about me as a person and put my well-being as a top priority.

Working from the comfort of my own home makes me happiest at work. I have a fantastic team that trusts that I can still be productive in my day regardless of where I'm conducting my business from. I am probably more productive being able to sit in the comfort of my home.
