It is what you make of it. I've taken it upon myself to develop and implement processes for the company to follow
Commitment in taking care of our customers
Willingness to help each other
Better informed decisions with actual knowledge of in-field impact on their teams
Openness to help and assist with any questions or problems that may arise.
Great coworkers and interactions with out Teams, but that's driven by the individuals and not by Sunrun
Wrong management in place in certain branches that is causing a litany of issues across departments, and creating a very negative culture at the branch.
Overseeing multiple departments and teams, yet never seeing pay being adjusted to reflect the additional responsibilities and duties that take up each and every day. Meanwhile other managers are not held accountable or disciplined in any way.
Do a better job of researching with the actual people working in the field day to day, and better understand the real world impact of decisions being made without any field experience or proper research. Cart being put before the horse constantly with this company.
