It has been a roller coaster. I've been here a year and there have been 3 different RIFF's, 3 different re-orgs, and so many process changes. We were promised that our pay would increase and then a few months later no one knew what we were talking about.
I like the vision that they have.
Paying what we deserve to be paid.
I do enjoy the fact that we are becoming customer experience obsessed.
I am very grateful to be able to work from home and save the money I would other wise spend commuting.
The position that I am in has changed so many times since I started working here 10 months ago. With every change, there comes added responsibility with no compensation change.
The company is disorganized. We don't have a central place for all the sheets we need or documents needed. It's every one shares with others pages that we need and it's on us to bookmark each sheet/page. I have never seen a more disorganized company.
My team in specific is always there to help and support each other. I cannot say the same for any of the other teams providing any support to each other. It does seem that even though we are all in the same department, not everyone looks out for everyone else.
I am on the side of the company where I only see the bad. I see that tech's are taking such a long time to reach appointments. There are constant failures on our end such as tech's not being able to complete things on time, no one taking responsibility, ets.
My team in particular is very good about being there for each other. However, when I reach out to other teams for help, there is no help at all or very reluctant help. we are all do divided by teams we don't really get help from those outside our own team.
If I am expected to help out in 4 different areas including my own that I am supposed to be specialized in, I should be paid fairly for taking on extra work. If I have to do the job of 3 other people I should at least be paid double if they refuse to hire another person to help in the other areas.
