I have liked being at this company, though what makes me feel most insecure here is how often departmental restructuring happens. I have been here 2 years and have seen numerous departments, both ones I have been in and others, go through intense reorgs.

We have a good team culture. Meetings always include some informal banter which is important for team building.

Being able to work hard and feel trusted to work on projects independently. Having an impact, creating a planet run by the sun.

I really like the remote/WFH culture. It has allowed me to open up with my team and interact more on a personal level, for me personally.

Their ability to pivot and adapt is great, especially considering the NEM 2 phaseout in CA I think they made decisions that have really let us weather that storm as a company.
