The benefits and pay are fair.
I really enjoy helping people, and I get satisfaction from helping someone who really needs it. and/or when you can hear the "click" in their mind when they finally understand.
Being more proactive about things. Right now it feels like everything is reactive. It seems more like we wait around for something to go wrong before we change something, or we wait to hear from the higher ups about what we need to do next.
The people I work with and management are not mean and are great to work with day to day, but you can tell it's known that they can't do anything to intact real change and even if they can it will take months to years.
If the front line had more value then we'd spend more time in meetings talking about the real issue with the company and how to fix them instead of talking about stuff we already know from the emails we get and play games. The break is nice but collaboration would be more meaningful.
