My manager always takes the time to listen and explain. If he does not know something he will be honest and say that.
Initially I had my job outlined, and as we have progressed, it seems that I am taking on more and others work load without the compensation
I am open to change, it is a part of the job. We should implement a pilot program to see if it will actually work prior to installing consequences for the change not working
