Decent benefits - bonuses are hard won and can't be controlled, but salaried workers get unlimited PTO. Hourly is consistent. Sales have the toughest time.
Feel good attitude when customers sign, with great bonuses and commissions. Very frustrating when pay is cut and more deals cancel than install, mostly due to red tape. Glad pay checks clear and benefits could be less costly. Hoping our stock price increases, as I've been investing with every check.

We are truly making a difference in how people use power. Helping customers to go green, one home at a time.
Great PR, seems to care but the income stays in the C Suite, not with the employees. Just like all corporations.
Common goals of saving our planet. It is always Earth Day at Sunrun! The message of putting the customers first is great. Now, let's actually do it!
Compensation is far higher at competitor companies. We need to be paid, whether the customer installs or not. Bonuses have decreased, as has hourly pay. It's very disappointing.
More support and communication from management and project teams. I spend much of my day tracking down projects to ensure they install. My job is sales, but I have a lot of back end work. Often times, with tasks assigned to coworkers that have left Sunrun, but not been reassigned.
Bring back CAP bonuses. We work hard and often have nothing to show for it. Reduce the install bonus requirement. Very few actually earn them, so the bar is set too high for something we cannot control. With AddOn systems being 3KW, it takes a lot to get over 20KW installed per month.
Hard working sales consultants need to be paid bonuses for getting our projects to CAP. Not half pay, but at least something to help when so very many cancel, due to fault of our own. With modest savings goals of 10% on 401K,15% for stock, and benefits, Overtime is my only take home pay.
