Jeanette extremely knowledgeable, business minded and also personable. Those two combined rare nowadays. I applaud that characteristic. My Team Lead very compassionate about company and employees.

Quality. I love my co-workers and realize I too was once new to the company, it is just that as soon as find better salary, gone and retraining new people or left short handed in group because hard to get people to work for the salary.

The stress and importance of the job as well as pay across the country does not equal with the inflation of gas, food, etc. It is not a career employment opportunity to live off unless in managing role. Quality of people now working the company will look elsewhere for their value and survival.
