My managers and market leader are invested in learning more about me and my coworkers and try to do all they can to help productivity in and among the branches.
Stop pretending that an SA needing 40% more referrals to tread water with the payout that I made last quarter is an "improvement." Just own up to being cheap and you want to pay out less to employees.
Customer service worrying about fraudulent travel requests instead of keeping a list of every time the branch calls for help with a customer. I have literally had to leave customers uncomplete or have them call customer service themself out of worry of customer service reporting the call.
