That we have one at least.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The CEO and his vision for our company and how he conveys that.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There are some really solid members of my team. I think everyone is very professional and tries to help.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I guess out of all the elements of the compensation package the salary in accordance with allowing remote work is the best part.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The company has sought to invest in the metrics to ensure we are paid fairly on the market according to our job type and duties.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There are a few team members that have been utterly outstanding in partnering together for mutual growth and aiding in helping me grow in my skillset, communication and career goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

FMB genuinely seeks to find ways to not only involve everyone but provide opportunities for everyone to learn more about their coworkers and their varying backgrounds and perspectives and put those together into a well-functioning overall organization.

What makes you most happy at work?

I really enjoy getting to help people and make their experience with our company and products better wherever I am able to do that. I love to foster and inspire collaboration and teamwork where I can as well.

What makes you most happy at work?

I see my role primarily as supportive of other departments and customers. I love being able to assist in helping others have a more seamless and effective work environment and a more seamless and pleasant experience for customers.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Mark has made a very clear vision and has invited all employees into what he is thinking and where he is going with the organization. He is invested in the community and even more so into diverse and underrepresented communities.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love the transparency of the EMT and how they practice what they preach. They also invite you to be a part of their overall goals and strategy and are constantly inviting accountability and pressing in on each other for improvement.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There are several on my team and the teams I interact with on a daily basis that are a pleasure to work with and also are great at encouraging and sharing information leading to continued education and growth in my field.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our CEO sets a clear and compelling vision for how FMB can assist various communities and provide opportunites for underprivileged and prior neglected people groups and communities. The attempts at building and fostering a strong and unified team within FMB is also inspiring and complelling.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The transparency and vulnerability they display in conjunction with their open form of communication and participation is on another level. It doesn't portray weakness for them to present themselves this way if anything it makes me feel more a part of what is going on.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Honestly, I don't feel like we function that well as a team on the whole but there are certainly standout individuals who are incredible team players and willing to walk alongside you, help coach and guide and look for ways to help you achieve success.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our executive leadership is the best I've ever worked for at any financial institution. They know what their objectives are and know how to inspire you to follow them. Our customer service team is also top notch and really care about the success of the customer.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I have never worked for an FI where the executive team was so transparent and willing to share and invite everyone in on what they are doing and where they are wanting to go and genuinely care about their employees feedback for the growth of the bank.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The executive leadership team is dynamic and focused. They have clear, achievable objectives and goals that they bring the whole company into as participants not just informing us of what they are doing. Their heart for the community and desire to help those in need is contagious.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I think the executive leaders set a great example that the mid-level leaders would do well to emulate further. The culture of openness and acceptance of people from all walks of life is admirable and seems to play out more than at other FI's I have worked for.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company is very active offering initiatives like health challenges, local activities and competitions, community engagement efforts, etc. I like that they are so heavily involved with each other as a team as well as with the community whom they serve so that they don't lose touch of the why.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I am trusted by my leadership and given the tools and knowledge to help me succeed and grow makes me happy, I also love working with a few team members in my own department and across other departments that really help in the accomplishment of the day to day.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I have family considerations that I have tried to address properly and professionally that FMB has been unwilling to work with me on and that, as a result of me bringing it up, has made me feel like relationships have soured to me and my career has been affected already.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My direct leadership make me feel like I am not a valued member of the team and like I am not performing as expected consistently when it doesn't line up with my prior work history, reviews, or feedback I get from other areas. It makes me feel very vulnerable everyday.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is not a lot of feedback or communication. Our senior analysts and leaders are so swamped and in so many meetings there isn't much collaboration within the team especially for support analysts. I also don't feel like I was brought on to do what I thought I was interviewing for.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I think the people that I am able to interact with on a daily basis that would be more a part of what I would consider my "extended team" are genuine and hard working. They look to help where they can and push for success all around not just of the individual.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I think typically FMB has improved their base salaries based upon the work and job titles and have provided some transparency there as well. They ask a lot of their employees and working for a for profit business I think they need to stay current with the market and perhaps even more for retention.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The EMT is the most positive element of our culture and environment. I decided to work at FMB primarily because of the EMT's transparency and living out what they stand for, good or bad. Overall, I think the company works very hard to be an open and supportive environment in contrast to other FI's.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They truly work as a team. Most of the banks I have been at feel like high school with the varying degrees of upperclassmen vs freshman and sophomores, etc. Our team truly seeks to help each other out and help one another grow. There are even a few that go above and beyond and check in regularly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was recruited for a Director's role. I said I felt like I wasn't quite there yet and pursued a supervisor role. By the time it was all said and done I had been whittled down to accepting an Analyst role. I think I have more to offer the company than what I'm doing and have tried to convey that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like my job history got me in the door and helped me acquire the job, but this job is frequently given to young men and women fresh out of college. So, in that sense, I feel like my entire work history is erased and I'm starting at the bottom because I came over to FMB even in my job duties.
