
Lack of ownership, hostile environment
People should take ownership of their mistakes and correct them, not just point fingers or blame others.
In order to get better the leadership team needs to realize that there is no silver bullet for every issue. What works for Tesla doesn't work for Honeywell.
There is limited team effort or team work. Sure some teams work better than others, but when it comes to working directly with production it's just finger pointing and 0 collaboration.
My interview was like this: so you know x, y,z. Ok, good. Then I waited 2 months for them to give me an answer and another 3 to actually start working.
Upper management is completely disconnected from the realities in the field, expectations and requests are generally irrational and when you ask for help you are being ignored or left to figure it out on your own.
