I have interviewed outside the company and these companies are offering MUCH higher compensation with comparable benefits at a lower cost for those who share that cost structure. They are also 100% remote.

The way we stay in touch virtually and the willingness to help each other across teams. Being 100% remote for the last two years has greatly and positively affected my work quality and quantity

Although we are all over the country, we stay in touch via virtual meetings and get togethers including "happy hours" . We are cohesive, inclusive and willing to go above and beyond to help each other

I have been contacted by many recruiters and the salary offerings for my position at their companies is much greater. I've stayed here despite getting offer letters from other places due to my immediate manager and his great leadership skills

It was the ability to work from home, but now they are taking that away. Thee is no one my office who is on my team, so there is no one to collaborate with. Then why am I being forced to go into the office to do what I can do better at home?
