Valuing good people (rather than supporting under-performance) Recognition particularly in context of skill set and environment. Transparency of objectives and strategy Addressing resource to enable teams to reach objectives (read-revenue). Empowerment and agility.

I love working with strong and effective teams. I have built good rapport with most. When teams work well, we reach objectives and push performance, push each other. However we have a culture of supporting under performing teams as well.

I answered work env negative, but immediate team env is positive. Current momentum is negative, concerned about future of department and direction of company. Positive - love working with immediate team, there are some exceptional talents. The company has been supportive (flexible) during pandemic.

I am aware that my compensation is below market. Management knows but chooses to do nothing. The roll out of Level / benchmarking is not being applied fairly. My own salary and level is far from indicative of what i do / responsibilities. My own salary has not been reviewed for five years.
